Functional Age Talk + Live Assessment Experience

    Most people know their age.
Very few know how old their body is actually functioning.

Your Functional Age isn’t about the number of birthdays you’ve had — it’s about how well your body performs across the systems that matter most: strength, mobility, balance and coordination,

At this live AgeFlex experience by Ultrahuman, you’ll discover where your body truly stands through a series of simple but revealing movement and performance assessments designed to measure real-world human capability.

This is not a bodybuilding competition.
    It’s not about aesthetics.
And it’s not about elite athleticism.

It’s about answering one powerful question:

How young is your body really functioning?

We’ll cover 5 key metrics that are powerful predictors of mortality, Then take part in a guided AgeFlex assessment experience, where participants complete a series of fun, accessible tests that contribute to their Functional Age score.

    Assessments may include:

    • Balance & stability

    • Mobility & flexibility

    • Grip strength

    • Push-up or squat capacity

Whether you’re 25 or 75, highly trained or just getting started, the goal is not perfection — it’s awareness.

Because what gets measured can be improved.

    You’ll leave with:

    • A clearer understanding of your current physical trajectory

    • Insight into your strengths and weak points

    • Actionable strategies to improve your Functional Age

    • A new lens for thinking about health, longevity, and performance

Age better. Move better. Live longer.

    Welcome to AgeFlex.
