CGM Hacker 是一个为期两周的身体自我实验项目，专为对自己的身体感到好奇的人设计。
通过佩戴一枚贴在手臂上的小小传感器——连续血糖监测仪（CGM），你可以实时看到每一口食物、每一次运动、每一晚睡眠，究竟在你身体里发生了什么。
第一周：做自己的观察者
正常生活，不改变任何习惯。让数据告诉你，你的身体基线长什么样。
第二周：做自己的实验者
选择一个你好奇的方向——饮食、运动、睡眠或压力——主动干预，亲眼看见身体的真实反应。
活动本身完全免费参与。

CGM Hacker is a 2-week self-experiment🦾program designed for anyone curious about their own biology.
By wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) — a small sensor on your skin that tracks blood sugar in real time — you get to see exactly how your body responds to the food you eat, the workouts you do, and the sleep you get.
The program runs in two phases. Week 1 is pure observation: you live your normal life and capture an honest baseline. Week 2 is where it gets interesting — you pick one or more variables to test (diet, exercise, sleep, stress) and watch your body react in real time.
The program itself is free to join.
