Sometimes the most useful thing we can do is pause and ask a simple question:
What actually matters to me right now?
In this reflective workshop, we’ll walk through a simple values identification exercise designed to help you reconnect with the priorities shaping your life and work.
When things start to feel heavy, confusing, or misaligned, it’s often not because you’re doing something wrong, it’s because what you’re doing no longer reflects what matters most to you in this moment.
Together we’ll explore what values really are, how they guide our decisions, and how naming them can bring clarity to the way we move through life and business.
This isn’t about fixing anything or building a master plan. It’s about giving yourself permission to step back and notice.
By the end of the session, you’ll have identified the core values that feel most important to you or your business right now, and a simple way to recognize how they show up in your day-to-day life.
What we’ll cover:
• What values actually are
• Why misalignment feels exhausting
• Identifying your current values
• Making values real
• Reflection without pressure; noticing where your values already show up and where they might feel compromised
• How to start using values as a compass

About Your Host, Paige Woods
Paige Woods is a small business and personal growth consultant. Her background spans art, music, design, and (unofficially) years of tech support for her grandparents. Over time, she became the person artists and small business owners call when things start growing faster than expected. Websites, structure, direction, hard decisions, new chapters, this is the territory she works in.
She doesn’t believe in turning people into brands that don’t feel like them. Instead, she helps clients make sense of what already exists, clarify what actually matters, and build something that can support their lives as they evolve. Sometimes that looks like strategy, sometimes gritty problem-solving, and more often than not, simply having someone steady in the room while things shift.
For people in seasons of change, messy or exciting- her work is about helping them move forward without losing themselves along the way.
