TogETHer Tuesdays is our weekly builder meetup — a relaxed, high-signal space where people share what they’re actually building, researching, and experimenting with, followed by open discussion and a simple community dinner.
This week, we’re bringing together perspectives from decentralized AI, public-good infrastructure, and Web3 gaming:
🤖 Martin — Aevir (Chiang Mai Ambassador)
Aevir is a decentralized intelligent collaboration network powered by Proof of Intelligent Contribution (PoIC).
Martin will share how Aevir turns network maintenance costs into contributions that advance collective intelligence — and why this model could become foundational infrastructure for the future intelligent internet.
🌍 Phoebe — Head of Moledao / Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA)
BGA is a non-profit initiative launched by Bybit in 2024, aligned with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Phoebe will explore a core question:
What should the future model of work look like — and how can blockchain support it?
🎮 Anna — Web3 Gaming Founder
A 3× founder and creator of a game with 1.5M+ on-chain transactions.
She’ll share practical lessons on:
• Growing to 100k players with $0 marketing
• Launching a Web3 game without a token
• Partnering with major chains
• Using AI for growth as a small team
