We'll explore a concept called "Impact Evaluators" (IE). Think of it this way: Bitcoin uses consensus rewards (like Proof-of-Work) to incentivize a global, anonymous network to secure a financial ledger. What if we could use a similar model to incentivize a network of builders to create verifiable, open-source, and privacy-first Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) hardware?

This is a hands-on, structured workshop, not a passive lecture. It is divided into an individual preparation phase and a collaborative in-person session. The point is to co-create the parameters for an IE system, starting from the “WidgetMakers” example from the reading.
