Modern life runs on constant input — food, information, stimulation.
A 48-hour fast gives the body and brain a rare opportunity to recalibrate.

We will break the fast with a light Broth - DM if you want to join in to break the fast together ⚡Fasting means: No food, no broth, no juice or alcohol, but water and salts allowed. Optionally also Coffee and tea. Inspiration: Your Organs when you Fast for 36 Hours - Youtube

⚠️ Exercise with caution: High cardio might cause light-headedness and fatigue.

Here’s what happens beneath the surface:

    • 🧬 Cellular Renewal (Autophagy):
Around the 24-hour mark, the body begins to recycle damaged cells and proteins — a process known as autophagy. It’s how your system performs internal housekeeping, clearing out what’s no longer needed to make room for repair.

    • 🔥 Metabolic Reset:
As glycogen stores deplete, the body shifts from burning sugar to burning fat for energy. This metabolic switch improves insulin sensitivity, stabilizes energy levels, and can reduce inflammation — a key factor in long-term health and mental clarity.

    • 🧠 Neurochemical Clarity:
Fasting increases the production of BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), which supports neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to adapt and learn. Many report enhanced focus, emotional stability, and creative insight during extended fasts.

    • 💓 Nervous System Regulation:
Without the constant digestive load, the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) system can rebalance. Breathing slows. Awareness sharpens. The body becomes quieter, allowing subtle sensations — hunger, emotion, intuition — to emerge more clearly.
