This is a key event for all Edge residents. It's our first official bridge-building session with the San Martín community and the practical start of the "Localism de los Andes" initiative.
🤝 The Goal: To move beyond networking and into active co-creation. We want to map the real-time challenges and opportunities of local regenerative projects and identify how the Edge community (that's you!) can help in 1 month, 1 year, and 10 years.
This is not a passive panel. It's an interactive lab.
Here is the 90-minute workshop flow:
🌱 Part 1: Local Introductions (18:00 - 18:40)
We (NetX State & ReFi DAO) will give a brief 10-min intro to the "reGen Hub" concept and the goal of this meeting.
Leaders from 4-5 confirmed key local organizations (including BitCotesma, Puentes de Luz, Fundación Salud para Todos & Fundación Somos) will give short presentations.
Crucially, they will each name one key challenge they face and one key "offer" or strength they bring to the table.
☕ Part 2: Quick Break (18:40 - 18:45)
A 5-minute breather to grab a drink and transition.
🧠 Part 3: The Synergy Lab (18:45 - 19:20)
This is the core of the workshop. We will set up large A2 sheets for each project, divided into 4 quadrants (Needs, Offers, Opportunities, Challenges).
Your role: Everyone (locals and Edge participants) will use post-its to populate these maps.
Are you a builder who can solve a "need"?
A funder who sees an "opportunity"?
A strategist who can tackle a "challenge"?
This is where we map concrete connections.
🗺️ Part 4: Wrap-up & Next Steps (19:20 - 19:30)
We'll quickly review the synergy maps for each project.
We will identify "pilot leads" (from the Edge side) to be the main point of contact and help follow up on the opportunities we unearth during the rest of the residency.
This is an HERMSA chance to apply your skills, meet the real changemakers of this bioregion, and help build the foundation for our collaborative pilot.
We need your brains, expertise and spirit in this room.
See you there.
