    About this series :
The Art of Sustaining Life through Chinese Medicine

A 5-part journey through the Five Elements, exploring how the health of each organ shapes our emotional life, inner strength, and capacity to live long with purpose and clarity.

🌿 Talk 1: Kidneys – Fear and the Flame of Life

The Kidneys hold our essence (Jing), regulate our vitality, and anchor our will to live. Chronic fear, overwork, and burnout drain this foundational reserve, accelerating aging. In this talk, you'll learn how to protect your life force, manage fear, and restore your inner fire through practical tools rooted in Taoist medicine.

🌿 Talk 2: Liver – Anger, Strategy and Expansion

The Liver governs movement, vision, and strategic thinking. When its energy

stagnates, frustration, tension, and indecision arise. Over time, this hinders growth and disrupts hormonal and emotional balance. This session offers insight into how to move through anger, unlock your sense of direction, and keep your life expanding without breaking down.

👉 Talk 3: Heart – Clarity and Purpose

The Heart houses the Shen (spirit) and governs both blood and consciousness. Restless emotions, overstimulation, and lack of meaning can cloud the mind and disturb sleep. In this talk, we’ll explore how to calm the Heart, regulate emotional fire, and connect with deeper clarity and life purpose—keys to a joyful and sustainable life.

🌿 Talk 4: Spleen – The Axis of Health and Wealth

The Spleen transforms food and thoughts into energy and substance. Overthinking, poor diet, and lack of stability weaken its center, leading to fatigue, worry, and disconnection from the body. This session teaches how to strengthen digestion, calm obsessive thinking, and build a strong foundation for lasting health and material well-being.

🌿 Talk 5: Lungs – The Art of Letting Go

The Lungs control breath, rhythm, and our relationship with endings. Repressed sadness and unresolved grief burden this organ and accelerate aging. In this final talk, you’ll learn how to release emotional weight, improve immunity, and breathe more deeply—opening space for renewal and peace.
