A short activity to run early in a program focused on sharing fears, anxieties and uncertainties. The purpose is to create openness within the community. By putting stinky fish (fears and anxieties) on the table, participants begin to relate to each other, become more comfortable sharing, and identify a clear area for development and learning. The community also create the safe zone without judgement lens.

Identifying hidden issues: Recognizing the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be hindering your progress.
Communicating openly and honestly: Expressing your thoughts and feelings constructively and respectfully.
Resolving conflicts: Finding effective ways to address disagreements and misunderstandings.
Moving forward: Letting go of the past and embracing a brighter future.
