A missing piece in the search for thriving community living is a deep understanding of how our nervous systems work and the profound impact of trauma that lives within the body. While there are many effective conflict resolution protocols, they often overlook the essential role that our bodies and nervous systems play in creating true connection and safety within relationships.
In this workshop, we will explore how trauma, stored in the body, can create conflict and separation, and how incorporating the nervous system into our relational practices can transform the way we live together. By bringing awareness to what we need in order to feel relationally safe on a nervous system level we open up a powerful opportunity to heal and connect on a deeper level—something many of us may have missed in our early development.
This workshop is designed to bring a level of embodied attunement into community spaces, emphasizing the importance of including one of the most critical operating systems of a human being—the nervous system—in our efforts to relate with health and connection
