In this session we’ll explore the “Integrated Design Framework”, a tool to map and organize different design tools structured by the master pattern head, hands and heart.

The workshop will focus on:

• A brief review of what design is to give us a common ground for the dialogue.

• The master pattern head, hands and heart as a mapping tool to place different processes, decisions, dialogues… in a common framework helping us to orient in the process of designing our organization or projects and to select the right tool for different moments and needs.

• Some concrete tools of the framework and their application.
