I’ll give a 10 minute overview of how I use AI tools, and then I’ll do 30 minutes of Q&A.

This will be small group type thing, not a seated talk with slides and a projector. We’ll be sitting on the floor on cushions.

Encouraged: Bring a prompt you’ve tried that you wish worked better. Or bring a work task you have that you’re wondering how AI might help with. (And optionally, send me a note in advance and I can think about it - @chrisb_tg on telegram)

• What tools to use for what (I use a mix of ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, and Perplexity Pro)

• Examples of prompts I’ve sent for research, rewriting, brainstorming

• Rewriting things in my style of writing

• Getting book summaries, and youtube video summaries

• Getting AI to rewrite something and apply principles from a book about writing well

• How to write prompts when you need it to do a great job

• The site I use to discover specific AI tools (theresanaiforthat.com)

And I can also recommend resources/guides for people who want to become excellent at prompt writing.
