Hi everyone - let’s meet at the same time and place as the runners but just walk and enjoy being outside and talking to each other! (Families with strollers welcome too!)

Below is the run club description. We will essentially follow the runners and turn or loop around about 30 minutes in and can hang out with them after too!

This can be a daily thing if we feel like it :)

Welcome to the run club!
We will meet every morning (Monday - Friday) at Hotel Trio to gather + grab a little extra motivation (coffee!) before we run!

The distances will vary and I am very happy to take suggestions for paths, distances and pace :) We will try to be accessible for everyone, no matter how fit in terms of running - if necessary we can also split the group to make it fun for everyone.

The goal is to be active but also to mingle with peers and get to know each other so talking while running is absolutely allowed :)

We will come back to Hotel Trio and have the option to follow up with some yoga, sauna and cold plunge or just healthy breakfast!
