Expose your blind spots. Learn from others. Find what's missing.
This Tuesday, we're challenging our supplement routines in an interactive, peer-led discussion.
Nathan Villarante will reveal his personal rotating supplement stack, why he takes what he does, and what he's learned from tracking his health and lab results over the years.
Then you will have the opportunity to share yours, or feel free to listen and learn about what others are doing.
Bring your supplements, share your experiences, and get fresh perspectives from other health enthusiasts.
