One person might arrive ready to compare bloodwork. Another might be trying to work out what bloodwork even means. Both belong in the same room.
Trying to improve your sleep, energy or health on your own can get confusing fast. There is always another test, tracker, supplement or confident opinion—and it is hard to know what is useful, what is noise and what is worth considering next.
This is a participant-led social for curious beginners, experienced biohackers and everyone in between. Bring what you have learned, what failed, what you are considering or the questions you have not found a clear answer to. Depending on what people bring, the conversation might explore sleep, recovery, nutrition, hormones, bloodwork, CGMs, fasting, supplements, HRV, VO2 max, gut health, focus, stress, tracking, peptides or performance.
Jason will give a brief welcome and lightly facilitate the conversation. There is no lecture and no guest speaker. The mixed room is the point: different levels of experience, different experiments and space to compare what people tried, what happened and what they are thinking about now.
Come to meet people exploring similar questions, hear perspectives you may not have encountered and take away practical ideas or better questions to consider for yourself.
