Explore your body's natural mechanism for releasing stress in a free guided TRE® class with Simba Stenqvist.
Every mammal carries a natural mechanism for releasing stress, a gentle, rhythmic tremor that begins deep in the psoas and moves through the body once the nervous system senses it is safe enough to let go.
Most of us learned to override it long ago, which is why tension quietly gathers in the hips, the lower back, the jaw, and the breath, and why rest on its own so rarely reaches it.
In this class you'll be guided through a short sequence of exercises that invites those tremors to return, and you'll learn how to stay with them, regulate them, and bring them to a close in your own time.
Many people leave with a quieter mind, deeper sleep, and a body that feels softer and more spacious from the inside.
No experience is needed, only comfortable clothes and a willingness to let your body lead.
