Then you turn what you heard into one decision: the part that would hurt most if it quietly got worse, and the check that you will run to catch it early.
You leave with a decision, not a to-do list.
Bring a laptop and the thing you are building. First product or twentieth. No project yet is fine. Bring the idea.
