You've heard about Vibecoding or Claude Code and what it can do. Now it's time to actually try it, in a space designed for curious beginners and bold ideas!
In this hands-on workshop, we'll show you how to use Claude Code to go from idea to a fully working website or app, faster than you ever thought possible. Whether you're a total beginner or someone who's dabbled in AI, this is your room.
We'll walk through real examples of websites and client solutions built with AI, then you'll roll up your sleeves and start creating! By the end of the session, you'll know exactly how to keep building on your own.
What we'll cover:
How to use Claude Code/Codex: Inside the desktop app, in the Terminal, and in VSCode
What to build: Real-world web app ideas across industries, with live examples to spark your imagination
Design tips: How to make your web app look polished and professional without being a designer
Functionality tips: Understanding what's actually possible so you can dream bigger and build smarter
GitHub: Your (free) home base for your code that connects directly to Supabase and Vercel, keeping everything in sync
Supabase: How to set up a (free) database, create user logins, and manage your data like a pro
Vercel: How to publish and host your web app (free), giving you a real link you can open on your phone, share with friends, or show to clients
What to bring:
Your laptop
An active subscription to Claude Pro or Codex ($20/mo). To ensure we dive straight into building, please complete your registration and setup prior to arrival. This typically takes about 30 minutes. If you encounter any technical hurdles, please join us and we'll help troubleshoot, but we encourage attempting the setup beforehand to maximize our hands-on workshop time.
This is a space where questions are welcome, mistakes are part of the process, and every single person in the room is rooting for you. Come as you are, and let's build something together!
About our Guest Host, Geraldine
I am an AI implementation project manager, operations professional, digital educator, and the founder of The Glow Up Code.
My work has taken me across international businesses, executive offices, technology companies, customer operations, recruitment, compliance, digital marketing, website projects, and remote teams.
That experience taught me how work really happens behind the scenes. Good ideas need clear communication. Projects need structure. Technology needs human judgment. People need systems they can understand and realistically maintain.
As AI became more important in modern work, I moved deeper into AI agent configuration, workflow design, prompting, automation, testing, and implementation.
My interest in AI is not limited to what the technology can do. I care about what it can help real people do.
