You meant to start. You opened another tab instead.

AXIS is a free, two-part, movement-based series exploring the gap between intending to start and what you actually do next.

Week 1 · Body Signals — This Event

A 60-minute movement-based session designed to help you notice and describe small physical changes more clearly.

The three Body Signals sessions are identical. Choose one:

    • Wednesday 26 August · 2:30–3:30 PM

    • Friday 28 August · 2:30–3:30 PM

    • Wednesday 2 September · 2:30–3:30 PM

    Week 2 · Pattern Lab

Pattern Lab follows one week later. A smaller group of 4–6 participants will bring one recurring work-start pattern they genuinely want to change.

Attending Body Signals is recommended before applying for Pattern Lab.

What you take away from Body Signals

    • A simple physical check you can repeat before starting work

    • Clearer language for describing what changes in your body

    • Three planned opportunities to practise the check during the week

What you take away from the full two-part series

    • A clearer map of one recurring work-start pattern

    • The earliest signal you can reliably recognize

    • One different next move to test and continue practising

No movement experience is needed. Movements are slow and low intensity.
