    You already know the pattern.

You've seen it clearly — maybe for years. You procrastinate. You over-explain. You go quiet. You reach for the phone. You push through when you're already empty. And you've told yourself, more than once: I'm not doing that again.

Then the pressure comes back, and so does the pattern.

The problem usually isn't that you don't understand it. It's that by the time your mind can explain what's happening, your body has already moved — the shoulders tighten, the breath goes shallow, the hand is already reaching.

And here's the part that actually traps you: the loop isn't your body reacting. Reacting is normal. The loop is what happens one step later, when your next move stops being chosen — not working, not resting, just carrying the weight of both.

This is a 90-minute working session, not a talk and not a relaxation class. You bring one pattern you already know but still repeat, and we work on that one.

    What we do:

    • Find where it starts in your body — the earliest signal, before the mind explains

    • Practise returning to the present in the middle of it, instead of after

    • Get back to choosing: one next move you make on purpose — toward the thing, or deliberately away from it — and then notice what changes in your body

    What you leave with:

    • One pattern, mapped

    • One early body signal you can recognise

    • One next move you choose on purpose — and a way to notice what shifts when you do

    • A 7-day tracker to test it in your actual life

Who this is for: people who've already read the books, maybe done the therapy or the meditation, and still repeat the same thing. Founders, remote workers, anyone who lives in their head.

Who this isn't for: anyone looking for a relaxation experience, or for one session to solve everything. It won't. We work on one pattern, once, properly.

This is a body-awareness practice — not therapy, not medical advice.
