To foster community connection and cross-cultural understanding by bringing people together through the universal language of food. This event aims to create a vibrant, shared space where participants learn authentic culinary techniques while celebrating the intersection of Chinese tradition and Northern Thai heritage.

Our Vision for the Venue: We believe your space is the perfect backdrop for this gathering. Our goal is to host an event that is inclusive, educational, and respectful of the space. By providing the opportunity to host this workshop, you are actively supporting a grassroots initiative that celebrates local diversity and community interaction.

    Project Logistics:

    • Participation Fee: 150 THB per person (A symbolic fee used exclusively to cover the cost of high-quality fresh meats and ingredients).

    • Sustainability: We take full responsibility for all materials, equipment, and cleaning, ensuring the space is returned in pristine condition.

    • Target Audience: Open to locals, expats, and anyone interested in cultural exchange and home-style cooking.

    What the Event Offers:

    • Skill Acquisition: Participants will receive hands-on instruction from native Chinese experts on the traditional craft of folding, preparing, and steaming dumplings. This provides an immersive educational experience that goes beyond a simple cooking class.

    • Cultural Fusion: We are fostering creativity and innovation by inviting participants to experiment with local Northern Thai ingredients to create unique, fusion-style dumplings. This highlights a blend of local and international culinary traditions.

    • Social Connectivity: The event is designed to move beyond the kitchen, concluding with a communal meal. This creates a warm, welcoming environment that encourages networking, storytelling, and relationship building among diverse members of the community.

    • Sustainable Engagement: By sourcing fresh, local ingredients and focusing on a collaborative "make-and-eat" model, we promote a mindful approach to food consumption and community participation.
