Join us for the closing Open Mic of muShanghai Longevity Month: an informal, thoughtful evening where experiment leaders and participants share what they tried, what they observed, what surprised them, and what others can learn from it.
This Demo Day is not a formal pitch competition. It is a shared reflection space for honest self-observation.
Each speaker will be invited to share:
What did you try? /
A protocol, practice, habit, workshop, app, tracking method, or reflection process.
What did you observe? /
A signal, pattern, surprise, difficulty, or personal insight.
What did not work?
Null results, messy logs, missed days, and failed assumptions are all welcome.
What can others reuse? /
A protocol, chart, template, checklist, prompt, toolkit, or question.
You do not need polished slides. A simple chart, screenshot, photo, prototype, note, story card, or reflection is enough.
Experiment Leaders preparing to share final observations

Participants who want to reflect on their own experience
Track Leaders and organizers synthesizing what happened across the month
Builders, researchers, designers, creators, and longevity-curious people
Anyone interested in safer, more honest, community-based self-experimentation
Share observations, not medical claims.
Speak from personal experience: “I noticed…” instead of “this proves…”
Do not share identifiable health data unless it is your own and you intentionally choose to.
Do not share another participant’s data, name, photo, or story without explicit consent.
Failed experiments and unclear results are valuable. Truth beats performance.
I tried /
I tracked or observed /
I noticed /
I was surprised by / 让我意外的是:
I would repeat or change /
One thing others can reuse /
At the end of the Open Mic & Demo, all attendees will be invited to vote anonymously for the sharing that felt most honest, useful, inspiring, or reusable.
The speaker with the most audience votes will receive a 1,000 RMB cash award.
This is not about having the most polished slides or the “best result.” We are looking for clear observation, honest reflection, and something the community can learn from.
This event is for education, exploration, and self-observation only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription advice.
Come for the experiments. Stay for the honest stories, strange signals, useful failures, and sharper questions.
