What are the difficult parts of organizing community events and pop up cities? What systems might make your experience as a resident or mentor better? Help us refine problem statements in this group conversation. We will then brainstorm project proposals that might serve as solutions to those problems.

Thanks to Sandro, Juliana, and Harsh we now have a zk voting system.

Here's the reason why: For the viaPrize hackathon Oct 6-8, instead of admins choosing how to use sponsor money in prizes, we plan to democratically choose prizes for creating "pop up campus" tools in the following steps...

1. Refine problem statements

2. Crowdsource project proposals as solutions

3. Give everyone around $50 of voting credits and ask them to vote on how much funding to add to each project proposal

Those votes determine the prize pool for those projects. The deadline to build the projects and bring them to a usable state is Oct 22. As well as these more long-term prizes, will also have a prize pool for the best projects built for ZK and for pop up campus tools that are chosen immediately at the end of the hackathon.
